Healthcare Professionals have a long history of being responsible for helping individuals who are in need of mental health and co-occurring disorders services to society’s most vulnerable populations. Since the COVID Pandemic, it has become increasingly difficult for healthcare professionals to manage their day- to -day stress in the workplace and in their personal lives. This self-care workshop is designed to help healthcare professionals examine their deficits with the help of stress, burnout, and vicarious trauma assessment/evaluation tools and how to develop and utilize self-care resources that is necessary to manage stress in their lives.

Experiential Activities:
Relaxation, stress, and guided imagery techniques and stress/ burnout inventory tools will be used to assist participants with identifying and managing stress in the workplace.
Exercise- Development of Your Own Self-Care Plan Activity
